" I have oversight of what is called our Shared Resources. In many instances our Department purchases equipment too costly for individual laboratory investigators to buy and operate. As a result, we are required to charge back fees for the equipments' use and maintenance. PCTechSource was very helpful in locating software that allows me to track usage of Cancer Center members and non-members for maintenance and billing. They even developed an Excel macro that tabulated and summarized the information to make billing easier. In the beginning there were a few bugs to work out and time needed to get things working smoothly. Chris D'Esposito was extremely helpful, not only in his knowledge but also in his willingness to take care of business in a timely fashion. On a few occasions an immediate answer was not possible regarding a particular problem. He would take the time to investigate and get back to me within a very reasonable time frame. Also, Nadine D'Esposito, who developed the macro has been very helpful. I sent her the files recorded from the equipments' running programs and she was able to develop the macro quickly. Again, in the beginning, there were a few bugs in the system but with a few phone calls and e-mail, the problems were solved in a timely and professional manner.
